Crispy potato wedges

Crispy potato wedgesis a recipe.


  1. potato 10 pieces;
  2. vegetable oil 1 tbsp;
  3. garlic 2 cloves;
  4. breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons;
  5. rosemary 1 tsp;
  6. salt 1 tbsp.


Wash and peel the middle potato tubers thoroughly. Each cut into 4 slices, pour with vegetable oil. In a small bowl, mix the garlic, passed through a press, dried rosemary, breadcrumbs and salt. Roll potato wedges in a mixture of spices, put on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 1800Coven for 40-45 minutes.
