Recipe for Shrimp and Green Bean Soup

For the preparation we need:

  • raw shrimp - 350 g;
  • Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs .;
  • green beans - 300 g;
  • sweet pepper - 2 pcs .;
  • Onion - 1 pc. (small);
  • natural yogurt - 125 g;
  • a bunch of green basil - 1 pc .;
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • salt, allspice.

Shrimps must be cleaned from the heads (they must be kept) and shells, cut the flesh along the back and remove the intestinal vein. In basil leaves are separated from the stems, which also need to be saved. Wash the heads and shells of shrimp under water and place on a baking sheet.
