Salad "Easter Nests"

You will need
  • potatoes - 500 g,
  • chicken fillet - 150 g,
  • Bulgarian pepper - 150 g,
  • onion - 100 g,
  • mayonnaise or sour cream,
  • quail egg - 10-12 pieces,
  • vegetable oil for roasting,
  • ground black pepper,
  • salt.
Of these products, you can make 3-4 servings of salad. Boil chicken fillet for 20 minutes after boiling the broth. Then cool and finely chop.
Peel the onions and chop finely. In order to rid the onions of excess bitterness, pour boiling water for 3-5 minutes. For better taste, you can add two drops of vinegar essence, a pinch of sugar and a little salt in boiling water.
Pepper wash, free from seeds and partitions. Cut it into cubes. Wash and dry the greens, then chop finely.
Mix the prepared foods in a common bowl. Salt and pepper, mix with mayonnaise.
Peel potatoes, cut into straws. Cook a straw of fries out of it. In a large amount of hot oil, fry potatoes in portions.Remove excess fat from the finished potato with a napkin.
Put the salad on plates, sprinkle with potato straws on top. In each center of the salad lay peeled quail eggs.
