paprika-1 tsp;

Garlic-4 cloves;

cold water about -2 liters;

vegetable oil-150 ml;

salt and pepper;

Put the beef, chicken peas, paprika and garlic in a saucepan and add water. Bring the water to a boil, remove the foam, then reduce the heat, partially cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for 2 hours. If necessary, pour boiling water into the pan.

 

Fry the eggplant pieces on hot vegetable oil and put them to dry on a paper napkin; Place the eggplants on top of the boiled chicken peas and meat. Salt, pepper and cook, without covering with a lid, for another 1 hour, after which no more than one ladle of sauce should remain in the pan.
