FB catering in hotels and inns

So, once you are interested in this concept, then you are probably going to rest somewhere, but have not yet decided on the choice of hotel and type of accommodation.

When we are once a year, finally, we go on a well-deserved vacation, I want this time to be perfect: I don’t want to do anything at all, the desire for one thing is to relax and get maximum pleasure from it.

Especially for this, the hotels have developed entire systems that allow any tourist, for a different taste and wallet, to choose the option that suits him by all criteria.

Food FB or "Full Board", as it is easy to translate, the system "full board", which includes accommodation in a hotel with three meals a day.

From the same half board, it differs in that this system also includes lunch, that is, in fact, about where you would be soaked during the rest, you will not have to think at all. So what is half board and what does it include?

  • Breakfast. Most often, carried out by the type of "buffet"which can be presented several options for hot dishes, for example, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, or even the first, as well as various snacks (cheese, sausage, ham, vegetables, fruits). Breakfast also includes a small dessert, several types of soft drinks, tea and coffee.
  • Set lunch Depending on the rules of the hotel itself, it can also be carried out according to the type of “buffet” or a separate table with several dishes is served to each guest. This is usually a salad, a first and second course to choose from, drinks and tea can be provided for free or for a fee.
  • Dinner. Like lunch, it can be organized in different ways, usually includes the first course, the second with a side dish, salads to choose from, bread, perhaps fruit, dessert and drinks for a fee.

Depending on the level of the hotel, the range and variety of dishes are often dramatically different, alcoholic beverages are not included in the FB system, they are usually purchased separately. In addition, there is the type of “expanded board”, which includes non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, usually locally produced, sometimes small snacks can be offered between meals.

The system of "full board" is often convenient for families who travel with children and do not plan to leave the hotel for a long time. In addition, it is very convenient if you, for example, plan to devote your trip to a restless holiday and do not want to forget about everyday problems.

Many people wonder, what is the "Full Board" is different from the same "All Inclusive"? And the difference is. Firstly, the latter always includes free drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) throughout the day, and secondly, “All inclusive” may suggest additional meals, something like an afternoon snack or lunch.
