- 1 liter of water
- ginger (a piece of about 3 cm in length and 2 cm in width)
- 3 lemon circles;
- 2 lime circles;
- 1/4 average apple;
- 1 stick of cinnamon and honey to taste.
Cut the slices of lemon and lime into 4 pieces, peel the ginger root and simply cut it into thin slices, peel the apple and cut it into small pieces. All the sliced ingredients put in a large teapot or decanter, add a whole cinnamon stick and pour hot water. Honey can be added either directly to the carafe, or each will add itself to the cup.
If you like the combination of ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom, you can grind the pieces of ginger with spices in a mortar and add everything to the drink. Only it will be necessary to pour through a strainer so that the cardamom pieces do not fall into the cup.
