Homemade minced meat patties are cooked very quickly and are perfectly combined with any side dish. This is a great option for a family lunch or dinner in the cold.

Cooking method:

White bread crumb soaked in milk to gruel. Finely chop the garlic. Mince (better to take home, mixed pork and beef) put in a deep bowl, break the egg, add a slurry of white bread, garlic, salt and pepper. Carefully knead until smooth (so that the stuffing doesn't stick to your hands). Form the chops.

Pour the flour in a saucer and roll the cutlets in it one by one.

Smear a bowl of multicooker with vegetable oil, gently lay out the cutlets and cook in the "Baking" mode for 10 minutes on each side.

Then open the lid, add water and cook in Quenching mode for about 30 minutes.

The finished dish can be sprinkled with chopped greens and served with any side dish to choose from.
