Homemade bread in the oven- a recipe.
- 450 grams of flour;
- 350 ml of room temperature water;
- 1 tsp. salt;
- 1 tsp. dry yeast.
Mix all the ingredients and knead the batter, cover with a towel or lid and leave at room temperature for about 12 hours, you can leave for the night. You can use the dough a little earlier and later, you can not use it if you have passed a day (24 hours).
Preheat the oven to 2500C and prepare the baking tray, sprinkle with flour or steal parchment paper.
