Homemade Egg Noodles

Homemade egg noodles- a recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 egg
  2. 200 gr of flour
  3. a pinch of salt.

Step 1

Sift the flour on the table, make a recess in the center. In the deepening pour egg and salt. Knead the dough.

Tip: If the dough turns out to be very soft, then it will stretch behind the knife when cutting - add some flour to the table and continue to knead the dough. If there are cracks in the dough, it means that a lot of flour is added to the dough and there is not enough moisture - we moisten the hands with water and knead a little dough with wet hands.

Step 2

Roll out the dough into a thin layer; the thinner the noodles, the tastier.

Before cutting, we determine what size the noodles will be: narrow or wide, long or short. In accordance with this, we cut the dough into noodles.

Spread the cut noodles on a napkin and give it a little dry, about 30 minutes. Do not forget to periodically stir it.

Dried noodles are ready to cook.
