Ice Cream "Truffle"
You will need
- For six servings:
- - 2 glasses of milk;
- - 3 egg yolks;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar and 35% cream;
- - 1.5 Art. spoons of powdered milk;
- - Dextrose and pasta "Truffle" is added to taste.
Take a deep bowl, mix in it sugar, milk powder, dextrose.
Heat the milk to 75 degrees, add cream with egg yolks, pour the dry mixture, punch through the whole blender.
Put the bowl in the fridge. In 30 minutes the mixture will harden.
Now put the mixture into the ice cream maker, bring it to readiness (40 minutes) or put the mass in the freezer, but then it will take several hours to prepare the dessert, during which the mixture will need to be stirred regularly.
Put the finished ice cream on the ice-cream bowl. You can pour with melted chocolate, garnish with fresh berries of cranberries.
