If you enjoy Indian food but not the heat that typically comes with it, you'll adore this dish, which tosses together browned chicken, red bell pepper, mango and mint in a lightly spiced cream sauce.

boneless, skinless chicken thighs, fat trimmed
1 tbsp. flour
jar Patak’s Mango Chicken Cooking Sauce
mango (or 1 1/4 cups diced bottled mango)
1/4 c. chopped mint or cilantro
- Put chicken and flour in a plastic food bag; shake to coat.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sauté 5 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Remove to a plate with a slotted spoon.
- Add red pepper to skillet; sauté 4 minutes until crisp-tender. Add sauce and bring to a boil. Stir in chicken, mango and mint; remove from heat.
