Jessica Simpson's Daily Weight-Loss Habit
Have you noticed how fit and healthy Jessica Simpson looks these days? Months after giving birth to son Ace, she's rocking a trim body and singing the praises of Weight Watchers (which signed her on as a spokesperson after she had daughter Maxwell in 2012), as well as the 45-minute resistance training workouts she reportedly does three times a week with her trainer.
But there's another strategy she credits with getting her in shape and helping her stay there: daily walks. After Ace was born, she said she aimed to get 8,000 to 10,000 steps a day. "I wasn't trying to lose weight," she said in . Rather, she began walking to release anxiety and be a "happier person to be around." Now, she says, "I try and walk about four miles a day consistently. It makes me feel better."
