We know that sticking to a workout routine can be tough, but it's a whole lot easier (and more fun) with friends! That's why every month, the Greatist team picks a new goal we want to nail together—from powering through 30 consecutive (#neveragain) to meditating every day. We may not end the month with six-pack abs or a totally new outlook on life, but each small challenge we tackle (or attempt to tackle) together is often one of the best parts of the day.
