It will take:

4 duck breasts, 3 oranges, 1 tablespoon of orange jam or jam, 2 tablespoons of light honey, 3 sprigs of fresh thyme, salt, pepper to taste, olive oil.

How to cook:

1. Wash the breasts and shallowly incise from the side where the skin. Salt and pepper. Then put them on the pan and fry on both sides of the fire a little more than medium to golden brown.

2. We press juice from oranges. Add to it jam and honey, tear thyme. All poured into a saucepan and set to evaporate. The sauce should be caramelized a little.

3. After roasting, fold the breasts into a baking dish.Cover the top with an orange-honey sauce and set in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Then we get, turn over to the other side and cover the sauce again. Breasts languish also 5 minutes. After getting out of the oven.

4. Before serving, cut the meat into slices. Mix the remaining sauce with duck fat (after roasting in a pan it will be enough!) And pour on top of the slices.

How to cook:

1. Prepare the usual mashed potatoes: boil the potatoes, drain the water, add milk at room temperature, butter and salt. Egg can not be laid.

2. Cook peas. In order for it to remain of the same bright green color, after 5–7 minutes of cooking, you need to immerse it in ice water for a minute.

3. Add a piece of butter in the peas, grind it with a blender. If it turned out to be a bit gooey, add some milk. Then gently mix the pea mass (with a spatula) with mashed potatoes. The more peas - the greener will be mashed. Before serving, you can decorate with dill and parsley.

It will take:

2 grapefruit, 100 grams of feta cheese, 1/2 can of olives without pits, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a bag of arugula, a bag of radiccio (red chicory), salt and pepper to taste.

How to cook:

1. Clear grapefruit slices from white films. Otherwise the salad will be too bitter. We cut a slice in half: you can not shallow. Juice collect in a separate bowl.

2. We will wash arugula and radiccio, we tear hands into the salad bowl. Here we also add grapefruit slices, cut feta cheese and put olives, cut in half.

3. For the sauce, mix grapefruit juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour the salad on top and serve.

It will take:

1 fresh zucchini, 1 large carrot, 200 grams of Suluguni cheese, 1 egg, 200 grams of breadcrumbs, greens (dill, parsley, green onion - that is), salt and pepper to taste, olive oil.

How to cook:

1. Three on a coarse grater zucchini and carrots, salted on. This must be done to give zucchini juice. Let our mass stand for 5-10 minutes. Juice drain - we do not need it.

3 eggplants, 2 eggs, 1 lemon, 300 grams and another 10 grams of olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon of mustard, 1 clove of garlic, pitch and pepper to taste.

How to cook:

1. Put the eggplants on a baking sheet, sprinkle with olive oil, pierce (1.3–2 cm depth) with a knife - make a couple of times. Put in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for half an hour - 40 minutes.

2. Making homemade mayonnaise. Separate the white from the yolk. The egg should be at room temperature. Rub the corolla 2 yolks, mustard, salt, pepper. Then add lemon juice (1 tablespoon) and beat until smooth. Then you need to pour 100 grams of olive oil literally drop by drop. Then add another tablespoon of lemon juice, beat and pour in a stream of 200 grams of olive oil. All whisk until thick. To be thicker - you can add more lemon juice.

3. Take out the eggplant. When dry up, clean the knife from the skin. The flesh is very finely chopped.Then in this gruel add a couple of tablespoons of homemade, squeeze a clove of garlic and mix. If necessary - we add some salt.

4. Serve as sandwiches. Ideal spread on dark or even Borodino bread. We decorate with green onions.

It will take:

4 eggs, 500 grams of red fish (salmon, salmon, trout - any), 2 onions, 250 grams of flour, 300 milliliters of milk, 1 tablespoon of 20 percent sour cream, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 bunch of dill, 1 bunch of green onions, 50 grams of butter, 3 bay leaves, allspice, salt, pepper, vegetable oil.

How to cook:

1. Making the dough for pancakes: break 3 eggs, the fourth egg yolk, sugar, sour cream, salt. Then we mix everything, add flour, mix and only then pour in the milk. Beat up. Cooking pancakes in vegetable oil.

2. For the filling: the fish must be boiled until half cooked with spices (sweet peas, bay leaf, salt). Let him leave for about 10 minutes. Then take out the fish and mne fork to the state of gruel.

3. Cut the onions and fry in a skillet. Add here the fish, finely chopped dill and green onions. We salt, we pepper.

4.For each pancake lay out a tablespoon of filling, turn the envelope. Then grease these envelopes with butter and send them to the oven in a baking sheet. Do not forget to put baking paper. Oven for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
