  7. Fry onion in butter with chicken fillet and grated hard cheese, and mushrooms in a dry skillet separately. Salt the chicken and onions, add the spices, and mix with the dried mushrooms.
  8. Put sour cream in the filling.
  9. Remove the finished biscuit cake from the sheet with the parchment, and roll it together with the parchment. Then quickly unwrap and grease the cake with sour cream.
  10. Put the filling on the cake with a layer of 1.5 cm, slightly receding from the edge. Fold the sponge cake in the form of a roll with filling inside, tearing off the parchment from the cake at the same time.
  11. Leave the roll stand for half an hour on the table. An unusually tasty dish is ready, you can cut it into pieces, and serve.
