What do you need:
1 kg of small tangerines;
500 g of sugar;
125 ml of brandy or cognac;
2 cinnamon sticks;
8 stars of badonia;
8-10 boxes of cardamom;
3 buds of a carnation;
10 peas allspice;
20 peas of pink pepper.

Sterilize one-liter jar. Boil 500 ml of water with sugar, add all the spices, reduce heat, cook for 3 minutes. Toothpick puncture each mandarin in 10-15 places. Put the tangerines in a saucepan with the syrup, close the lid and cook on low heat for 1 hour. Transfer the tangerines to a sterilized jar. Continue to boil the liquid until it is half full. Add brandy and allow the liquid to cool to room temperature. Pour tangerines with cooled liquid, close the jar and leave to infuse for 7 days.
